According to the provisions of the legislation, your energy supply with AWA Energy will be started as of the beginning of the month after the 25th.

Will there be any changes in my power line?

When you become an eligible consumer and change your energy supplier, only your bill changes. Your existing installed power line, electrical installation, electricity meter, in short, your energy infrastructure does not change. The only change you will see is that your invoice will be made by AWA Energy, not by distribution companies.

Who will read my meter?

Where can I apply in case of power outage or malfunction?

How will AWA ENERJİ bill my consumption amount?

How is natural gas formed?

Who is a free consumer?

What is the free consumer limit?
In the Natural Gas Market, all consumers, excluding residential consumers, are considered eligible consumers. In order for residential consumers to gain free consumer status, the amount of natural gas consumption in the last year must be at least 75,000 m3.

My meter is out of order, what should I do?
